Don't go here for Ketamine injections! They will tell you your insurance doesn't cover it. In my case my insurance would have covered it, but because this Dr office does not have Pharmacy within it, they will not. It's all about the billing codes. Ketamine has to be billed on the pharmaceutical side of the insurance. Find a Doctors office that has a pharmacy and will administer the injections. Your chances of Ketamine being covered by insurance will improve!
