I have been to Pro Nails a few times, and my experiences have varied. Last night I went in for a manicure, and I had Ken. He pushed my cuticles down with a file while they were dry, which I have never experienced in all of my manicures. He cut two of my cuticles and left the blood. When I said that there was blood, he said "it's okay" and polished me with a bottom coat anyway, NOT CLEANING THE BLOOD. He switched tables midway, and was not going to change the washcloth that he had been using on the girl before me, which had cut nails laying all over it. I asked him to change it so he did. He finished my manicure by telling me that my nails were "difficult to polish," which I've never been told. The gel looks horrible and has huge bumps of gel near the tip of the nail from a lazy top coat. I will not be back, it's worth the drive to somewhere that's higher quality.
