They do gyros (lamb) right! My go-to for gyros, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern food. You will NOT walk away hungry! The food is always well done, made with care, and served fresh. I am especially fond of their Chicago Gyro combo. Their "side" salad is really closer to a full sized salad & the dressing will knock your taste buds for a loop; mint, mustard, yum! Don't overlook their fries, which are basic, but cooked right (and the Greek fries rock). The Chicago Gyro is charbroiled, so adds an extra layer of taste. And that's what Saba's is about taste & flavor. I love the fact it's a family business and the staff is always personable, friendly, and knows when to hover & when not to. Bonus? They now stock San Tan brewery products, awesome!
