Worst experience ever. Stayed at MGM signature before by booking directly and loved it. The room we booked through Las Vegas suites has many issues. We called and they are not willing to help or do anything. Feel like "we have your money go screw you" attitude. We Asked for a quiet room and they book us directly over a massive Las Vegas construction site that begins at 6 am and over a club pool (club music level noise) that blares music all day long. Dos they inform us prior? NO! Oh by the way make sure you understand that housekeeping ( no you can't have more towels) will cost you $50 per day extra..even if when you check in things are missing and there are housekeeping issues.
