First timer!
I don't do well with waxes as my skin is very sensitive. A friend told me to try threading which also made me nervous, however the lady there today was quick, professional and listened to me and my concerns. She kept asking how I was doing (no lie, it does feel a little like plucking and left me a little red) and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I was really pleased overall!
