A friend gave me a couple meals from these folks since I was having a hard time cooking healthy. I guy can only have salad once in a while.
I was immediately hooked on the food and started ordering from them every week. My weight went down my exercise routine became easier to do. I was doing this for a couple months. Then I decided to take a break..... Yea my weight went up, my cooking sucks and it took longer for me to eat something correctly.
So now I'm starting back up again, I'll plan a healthy meal that I make myself but I'm using these nice folks until I get back onto my plan.
I hope their menu grows as their client base grows.
