We eat quite regularly at Flo's & I know it's Valentine's night, but getting there at 6.55pm & waiting 40 minutes for an appetizer isn't acceptable. So, I stood up & asked for a manager. Tatum came over and I said 6.55 and 40 minutes later no appetizer. What pissed me off the most was not once during the conversation did she apologize, she said, "were busy". Then she disappeared never to return to our table. At least apologize. The chicken on the lettuce wraps was burned so that was edible. And when we left the 2 girls up front didn't even say goodbye. Really. I think we'll travel to Jade Palace as they have staff there that are mannerly. C'mon Flo!!!
