We are in the same building complex as this business and have used them for our vehicle and notary needs for years. Always good to work with and knowledgeable. Went this week to have some documentation notarized for our business and the staff refused to help us. Said they no longer would provide notarization services unless it had to do with a vehicle. It looks like the long time owners are no longer there and a new staff is in place. It's their right to scale back services, of course. But, after this we went to a similar business about a block away and that staff cheerfully notarized what we brought. Our vehicle fleets annual needs will now be met through a new place and AZ Title will no longer get our business.
