Customer service and scheduling all bad! Make sure before you call that you have a degree in medical codes to explain to the front desk what you need done. All we needed was an ultra sound and she made my wife go back and forth 5 times before scheduling her. When she did finally schedule her they messed up the times along with it. Get organized guys! Also you might need to work on customer service it is a zero in my book! You front desk lady is the first person a customer meets and even judges ur business based upon that. Just a word of advice you might need to start looking for someone else!
