Terrible service coming here.
1. I was constantly getting calls saying in their system I didn't have united healthcare yet I was going there covered by united healthcare.
2. When getting my second ultrasound I made it very clear I didn't want to know gender and that I would like her to write it on a piece of paper for my mother and she yelled out the gender anyway.
3. After switching to a different obgyn in surprise, my doctor requested the medical history from this office 3 times!!! And still no one has sent it. I know it was 3 times because I signed the paper work 3 times!
We need this medical information so I can finally get a biopsy done and see if the precancerous cells on my cervix have progressed or not.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this office. And will continue to urge family and friends not to bother dealing with this office.
