If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
My company hired them and the driver they sent us was rude. So incredibly rude.
He was not at the designated pick up location so we called his cell phone given to us via the company. When we did call him he would hang up or tell me that I was in the wrong place and gave us so much attitude.
And listen, I get that the customer can be wrong but how about you work with us instead of hanging up on us or telling us we are wrong?
I am really disappointed in the company and the little they did to rectify the situation. We were behind on our schedule and his attitude certainly did not help.
We have given this company a lot of business but after this one bad experience with the driver - it just honestly isn't worth my time, money, or the stress associated with it.
Would not ever recommend.
