The whole process was practically painless (including an enzyme/chemical-peel too) and the my acne scars have significantly improved. Additionally, the look of my keloid scars has also flattened and brightened noticeably.

Update after my second visit: My acne has practically gone. It is something that persisted and costed me tons of money over the past five years (multiple dermatologists and many recommended products online). I even cancelled my recurrent appointment with my dermatologist. I hope this helps everyone.
