Had my 2015 Ford towed into there service station because it was close and wouldn't start. I let them know I had just changed the battery and I thought I may be a fuse. They told me it was a bad starter. I did not think that was the case. I asked to change the fuse in question before I allowed them to change the starter. They pushed my car out of their lot before I could change the fuse. It ended up being dirty battery terminals. Starter is still A ok to this day. The service manager was quite rude and quite upset I didn't trust him and wanted to verify my suspicion that it was not the starter.
