I'd give Brennan's 3 stars. I feel that's the top that can be rated. I wouldn't mind to rate higher if it was just cheese/wine specialty shop but when they offer selection of fresh meats, fish that looks very old and not fresh, I would not touch that ever. Once I tried to buy fresh fish. It was so bad after I cooked it, had to toss it. I often have fish and experienced in cooking it.
Some produce just isn't great for the price. I do like to support local market, I specifically come here to buy fruit. Nonetheless, Brennan's is loosing its market share with their offerings.
