My trainer at Hitz is Brooks and I highly recommend him. I had never worked out with a personal trainer before and wasn't sure what to expect. He is very professional and certainly knows what he's doing when it comes to physical fitness. My 30 minute training sessions are efficient and effective. I could feel the difference in my body right away.
