I always take Hertz and the Hertz station at McCarran Airport is great. The shuttle takes you to the Rent a Car garage and from there the Hertz sign is in big bright letters to the right. Being Hertz #1 Gold, you do not even have to wait in line. Your car is waiting for you with your name in lights big board. You hop in and drive off. Can't get much simpler than that.
