Never been treated so poorly. I hate buying cars so already at stress max. Then struggled with the sales guy to get him on track, since we knew exactly what we needed. When we asked for pricing, they said to wait ten minutes. They eventually came back and said they wouldn't give us a price since we wouldn't buy the car that day. We might have for the right price. I am presently buying the car at another ford dealership.
