Sometimes a hair experience can be shocking in how bad it is. This was one. Not only that he didn't listen and my simple "partial highlight touch up" request led to
major tiger stripes and brassiness, it was his rudeness and defensiveness that were the real turn off. He knew I left unhappy and to his credit said not to process the Groupon (but wasn't he already paid by Groupon?) but I still did. When I saw the extent of the problem and called him back he was hard to track down, and when I went back to get a few strands redone he was so rude and agitated I was afraid to sit back in his chair. I told him he had a few bad reviews from acting like this and he said "who cares about yelp? I never check my reviews!" Weird all around...and now I get to correct it somewhere else. Photos attached taken the next day. Worst highlight job I've ever had.
