My house got robbed. Vivant camera did not catch images of the thieves putting tape over the front door camera. Not one clip or image was able to be retrieved. (Not Even an image of them putting the tape over the camera. ) They took everything. They even ripped the security system out of the wall. The first officers to arrive at the scene were the officers I personally called. 5 mins later or so, vivant arrived with an armed officer they called. This camera constantly catches images of leaves and cars driving by and alerts my phone. What happened when I needed them the most? DO NOT USE VIVANT. You are better off securing your own home with cameras. Vivant sucks!
