This was our experience. You can draw your own conclusions. We ordered the vanity & granite 11/9 and it was delivered 12/9. The vanity was installed on 12/12. However, 4 of the drawers on the vanity were damaged and Diamond was contacted on day of install. On 1/11 the granite was installed on the vanity. However, the sinks were being held on by one wood cleat of 1/16 of an inch or less. (we ended up reinforcing the sinks ourselves) A caulk was used that never did harden. (did not use a quality silicone caulk) The granite for the shower area was measured wrong and the install did not happen until 2/3. . The replacement drawers were delivered on 1/26. The salesman was less than responsive once full payment was made. We found customer service to be non existent once there were issues. They may strive for 5 stars, but in my experience ZERO STARS if I could. No reason to contact me, the damage has been done.
