These folks are horrible. I've been to several timeshare presentations and this was the worst. We were in Vegas staying at Hilton and went over to Circus Circus to gamble. I knew what it was when they approached me, but others they had in my group had no idea what it was because it was presented as a "free gift". Some of the folks barely spoke English. They basically lied to get people to attend their presentation. They took over 3 hours, were pushy and very insulting. They wanted to run our credit to see "what we qualified for" and I told them absolutely not. We had to catch a taxi back to the strip or be trapped at their resort for an additional hour. It was $30 back to the strip, but we spilt the cost with another couple. Their "gifts" were vouchers for use at the casino, and the free trip they included is bogus. I won't waste my time booking anything with this company after going through their "sales" presentation. During the first portion of the presentation they actually started asking a guy about his dead daughter and asked if he wished he had more time with her. They were saying that timeshares are to make lasting memories with your family before they die. They were using this guys loss to try to sell a timeshare. I've never seen or heard any sales tactic as tacky. At the end of the day their Cancun property looked like the motel 8 of timeshares properties and I told them that. The big sales manager guy then tries to insult me by telling me I'm just mad because I can't afford it. I told him again that I just didn't see anything I wanted to buy. I will never give my money to a company like this. They actually made me realize that when I do buy it will be with a reputable company like Hilton or Disney.
