Awful customer service. Do not do an upgrade or detail! I was pressured sold on a detail, shampoo and headlights done. I didn't get my sales guys name, he was short and had awful service. Waited twice as long as they had promised. Every 15 minutes was told another 15 minutes for two hours. when my car was finally finished they hadn't shampooed the carpets or cleaned the headlights. When I talked with the sales rep he was so rude making all kinds of excuses. Talked to the manager who refused to give me money back even though the work was not complete. I will never go back!
