What is the POINT of making a reservation if you show up and... there are NO cars??
I had an important business meeting planned in Tuscon. I made the reservation. You take a deposit on my Credit Card, and I show up exactly on time to not only wait for over 2 hours, but NOT ONE of the minimum wage schleps can give me any information to try and salvage my day. And for the record, "I don't know".. is not an answer! When this Corporate train wreck falls at free fall speed into their own footsteps, it'll be just deserved.
Enterprise cost me not only thousands of dollars by the hand of their incompetence, but failed in every way shape and form of rectifying the situation. After 2 hours of watching the staff drool out of the side of their mouths with their sheepish 'I'm sorry' empty apologies, there was nothing to do but leave. How ANY company runs a business this way is... just beyond comprehension.
