This company should not be in business and I now question American Home Shield for using a company with so many complaints. They serviceed my AC and evap cooler last week. They came out a few days later gave me a time frame from 1-5pm and dispatcher said they will call a hour before coming. Tech Derreck came out at 5pm called about 15-20 minutes before arriving. Derreck said i just needed a new fan for my AC. And as far as the swamp cooler he was in a rush and said he couldn't locate the valve and to call them back when i locate it myself. 4 days later my AC went out again and had to wait 3 days before they could come back out. I told the dispatcher not to send the same tech because he rushed through the job the last time. Well, same tech came back out. He called and said he will be there in 45 minutes but it was more 1 1/2 hours later. Derreck said he fixed the disconnect on AC and replaced the float and valve stem for Evap (he lovared the valve). I turn Evap cooler on last night water started running from roof turned it off, water still running from roof so i turned valve off and water still running from roof this morning. I called and talked to their unprofessional ghetto receptionist Kim that refused to let me speak with the service manager "John". I was on the phone with her for 15 minutes placed me on hold 4 times then finally she says she will have John call me back. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!
