My husband needed a new Physician. Someone who actually is available at the office when needed. For the past year, seems like every time we made an appointment at his old practice, we had to wait over a week to schedule with first available "Nurse Practitioner". And two weeks or more for his actual PCP. So we began looking for someone in town. Unfortunately, we ran into the same issue, the West Side is so populated now, that most Physicians who take his private insurance have a long long waiting list.
Fortunately for us, Yelp to the rescue. I didn't care anymore how far we'd have to drive, as long as the Physician was caring, professional and most of all, available. We found this amazing Men's Practice in downtown Phoenix. They are actually not that far from us, however, it wouldn't matter. We truly enjoyed the attentiveness and friendly atmosphere. We were seen right away and met Dr. Molina. He went over my husbands history as well as new issues. We were not rushed. Seemed like we had never seen a Physician who would take his time.
In summary, It has been almost a month since his initial visit and we are continuing our service of care with them. I am referring everyone to them for their incredible commitment to excellence.
