I stayed here for 3 days during a conference in April 2013. The staff deserves 5 stars for the service they provided. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel grounds are really beautiful and I enjoyed sitting outside by the pool. The room we stayed in was not very clean. There was a drink wrapper outside the door when we checked in. The coffee maker had an old used coffee filter from the previous person who had used it. Also there was a little pile of dirt in tile area near the front door. It looked like it had accumulated there over time or housekeeping swept a pile of dirt and forgot to pick it up. When I checked the bed before getting in it, the bedskirt near the top of the mattress had hair and dust on it :( Although they change the linens, they do not change the bedskirt between guests which is pretty gross. During the mornings the hallway smelled like a dumpster; I think they must store trash in one of the storage rooms overnight because the smell was completely gone by the afternoon. The breakfast was the usual that this hotel provides, however the bread products (muffins, bagels, etc) were stale and not edible at all. This hotel could be a solid 4 star property if the housekeeping issues were resolved. I would not stay here again.
