If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom made an appointment for her golden retriever/Rottweiler mix names rusty. At the time of the reservation she explained what breed rusty was and even showed the lady (owner l believe) a picture. So on the day of the appointment she brings rusty in and told the groomer what she wanted, which was nothing more than a simple trim. She then was bombarded with excuses about how her only options were a comb (no work)or a shave (bald dog). This is unacceptable. She was told they didn't have the equipment to do it. Equipment? You call yourself a groomer and you don't have the equipment to trim a dog? What a ridiculous joke. You know what I think the real reason is? Laziness, pure and simple. These people wanted money with no effort. How bout you develop some work ethic and actually groom dogs. That is your supposed profession. Well needless to say we left and have taken him to a groomer that actually likes doing their job. I advise everyone to stay away and spend your money elsewhere.
