This is the worst Ross I have ever been to! The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I've been to this location on two occasions and both times I was treated like complete garbage. I work in customer service and I'm honestly in awe at the lack of empathy and respect the employees at this Ross acquire. Customer service is everything!!! Without me, (or us customers in general) these employees wouldn't be employees. Put them through a thorough customer service training and show them how to appreciate the people who help pay their bills.
