Turn around and go elsewhere. Dr Chaffee was great and made me feel at ease being at the dentist. However, the hygienists Morgan was horrible. I went in for a routine cleaning and was told that I would benefit from a laser deep cleaning. I was fine with that, but then the billing lady came in and said that my insurance would not cover it and I would have to come out of pocket $700! I have excellent insurance and have never had to pay for a cleaning. So I told her that I would wait to get the deep cleaning and just wanted the regular cleaning. Morgan walked in looking irritated and spent a total of 3 min buffing my teeth and said "ok your done". Ummm what? I brush my teeth longer than that!! I asked if she had even done a full cleaning and she said that was all that she was going to perform if I didn't get the laser cleaning and walked out of the room. I took a half day from work and my insurance was billed for a cleaning that was not even done. My time and satisfaction was obviously not worth as much as hers.
