Service (several days ago) started out so unfriendly that I felt as if my presence was a bother to our waitress. She rounded our table so quickly when taking our order, I felt as if I was at an auction of some sort. I asked her what the WiFi password was and she told me "I don't know, go ask the people at the front"??! Okaaaay, let me just do your job for you. So, after standing in line for some time, I asked for the password which isn't a secret and is literally posted on the cashier stand for everyone to see. On top of that, it is the easiest word to remember - breakfast. AND, the cashier was kinda unfriendly too!! Really dude? Ever heard the phrase, treat others the way you want to be treated? I appreciate friendliness just like you probably do. However, something must have happened after that. Maybe the manager could see I was ticked because different staff started helping us, and I didn't see the original waitress until we were about finished. At that time, she seemed to have gotten the stick out. Food is pretty darn tasty though, so that's a plus... So, just appreciate the good service if/when you get it. There are at least 2 good employees vs the 2 bad employees that we had the pleasure/displeasure of dealing with that day.
