After a rough start dealing with their dispatchers to schedule the appointment, Freddy P made up for the inconvenience on the service call. He was extremely polite, courteous and knowledgeable. You could tell that he cared about quality and took great pride in his work. It is hard to find people like that in the service industry these days. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced both of our units and replaced the necessary parts. He even put a coat of wax on both of the units and made them look like new. Terrific experience with Freddy!
