All sales final!!? Sucks if you are buying a gift and need to return it the next day. So I guess you better be positive at Christmas Time. I don't drink so how would I know? Nice people before the purchase but I actually found pricing at Total Wine was cheaper and equally nice staff. A little effort to be proactive customer service on the staffs effort for an obvious novice would have been nice. A tiny 4pt font on the bottom of the receipt getting a finger pointed at it when I tried returning it at it not exactly future business friendly. New buyers beware. Maybe it's all liquor stores idk. But just not a good experience. Maybe I won't start drinking now?
Oh and Total Wine return policies would allow the return. Shame on Lees.
