I contacted Tribal Waters for a pool remodel a month ago. They seemed attentive enough initially. They promptly arranged for a site visit for an estimate. The rep Kristopher seemed nice enough explaining all the available options. However, the timeframe he offered for his estimate came and went. With prompting, Tribal offered another deadline to expect the estimate which also came and went. I contacted them a third and fourth time and they simply stopped responding. I have a busy work schedule and I took time off work to be available for an estimate. Now a month later with multiple emails, I am no closer to my remodel. The estimate time is when they should be MOST attentive to earn my business! A simple email response for a status update indicating the reason for the delay would have been fine. Just to cut off communication is unprofessional. In many ways I'm glad this happened prior to signing a contract and submitting payment; I could't imagine this issue when they had cash in hand and less incentive to be attentive.
