Sushi is Sushi if made right with fresh Sushi quality fish. The thing is with all the "All You Can Eat"sushi places around people tend to forget that preparing this wonderful artistically prepared food takes a delicate hand and meticulous preparation and choosing of quality ingredients. That is where Hiro comes in. One glance at how he handles your food and prepare your food is art in motion. Nothing that we tried tonight from appetizer to desert comes short of being excellent. The prices are also very reasonable and generous. They also will accommodate you for half roll orders so you can try more on the selection and they are all worth trying. Sushi Hiro will be number one on my list. ICHIBAN !!!

Back here for lunch cause I cannot wait longer to try Hiro's other specialties. Today i tried the Chirasi lunch and the serving is so sumptuous and generous I think I am not eating dinner to have my palate remember how good it is. Hiro had me try his baked salmon sushi and it was so good without any hint of fishiness but the fresh quality taste of Salmon cut delicately and baked.
