Great restaurant! My husband and I are here twice during our stay-cation at the Westin. Service was phenomenal, our waiter was Daniel. He made great recommendations for food and wine pairings.
Let's talk about the food--some of the best sushi we have had in Vegas, even compared to the celebrity restaurants downtown. We especially enjoyed the fish lau-lau style, the fish carpaccio, the filet, tiger rolls and tuna sashimi. Must try the banana tempura dessert--to die for!
Presentation was beautiful, atmosphere was high-end but relaxing. Views of Lake Las Vegas were available from all tables in the restaurant...
