This is an excellent property management company. When I moved in, the house was clean. Any time there was anything that needed to be fixed, they had a repair person call me the same day. Everyone at the office is nice and helpful. I had no problem getting my security deposit back.
As far as the bad review about the maid service, I agree. They were rude and tried to over charge me. When I told the lady she was charging too much, she said that she will wait for Oishi's to call her after I moved out. I don't like how she made it seem like I had no choice but to use her service or I would be charged by Oishi's for a cleaning charge. I did not use the service and I cleaned my own house. I let Oishi's know about the maid service and that I was not using them. It seems like a scam to me. Other than that, everything else was good.
