Two Sisters' Thai now appears to be under new ownership/management. Our most recent to-go order of pad thai and curry was mediocre at best and quite disappointing. The dining room is much upgraded over our previous visit, which is good, but I'm afraid the customer service problems remain. The new owner doesn't seem to have much experience running a restaurant, so for what it's worth I like to offer him the following advice: Don't attempt to joke around with customers you don't know. Don't talk politics or anything else controversial with customers, unless they initiate it. Keep your voice down, as in such a small space, there's no need to yell orders and instructions to the kitchen. and Try to look at your interactions with customers from their perspective, and you may come away with a different view of yourself and your business.
