I have had the same experience as other reviewers. I used to wash my car here at least 3 times a month so I signed up for the 16$ package. The tire cleaner was great and staff was nice. Now, staff is rude and the tire cleaners don't even work - no shine spray or anything. They don't notify you they aren't working and they let you pay extra for a service you aren't getting. In addition, without notification my rates went up to 25$ a month. On top of that, I have canceled three times and talked to a "manager" each time and they continue to charge my card. It was once a great and inexpensive place to wash my car, no it's poorly managed with rude staff and you don't get what you pay for... And you will apparently keep paying even when you don't want to. Will see if I get charged again next month...
