Every time I fly this airline it's hit or miss. I'd say a good 60% of the time my flight gets delayed or something happens. Once I get on my flight and we actually take off its good customer service normally though. Wish they had tvs in their planes. They offer free tv service from your phone but it sucks if the plane doesn't have power outlets like the one I just had today. Meh.
