***CONSUMER BEWARE*** After showing up 20 min. for my 1st "appointment" and spent 10-15 min. filling out the paper work they then informed me there was still 1 patient in front of me and it would be over an hour before I would even go back. I was forced to reschedule and on my 2nd trip the tech was extremely unprofessional and cursed every other word out of his mouth. I'm not saint and work construction so it doesn't bother me too much but at an imaging facility I felt it was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I then went to an orthopedic surgeon who went over the imaging with me to show me how out of focus the images were. Their results were negative for a tear in my meniscus, the orthopedic surgeon is operating on my knee to repair the tear they could not find on the out of focus images. When I called to dispute paying for the inaccurate report and out of focus images the "manager" was very insulting and threw a fit. Good thing I paid with my Amex! I would AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!
