We had 3 bookcases and an entertainment unit built to order. We are very happy. The salesperson, Liz, was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. She listened to our needs and then directed us to appropriate options. We were sold with exceptional service and superior product quality, not on price. The firm does need to work on reducing the order to delivery times. But once you receive the product, you quickly forget about the wait.
