This Is By Far THE Best Zales Jewelry Store That I Ever Have Been To!
Located in the Galleria Mall this particular Zales store has a very beautiful selection of jewelry and the customer service here is absolutely amazing!!
Last time I was at this location was back in June. I was very fortunate to meet with Jackie. She was very helpful, really nice, and made getting my ring inspected to uphold the warranty agreement, a very smooth and enjoyable experience. She did such a wonderful job cleaning my ring! She even offered to clean my other ring as well at no additional charge.
Both of my rings had a beautiful sparkle when I left. Her patience when showing us the different jewelry we were interested in was awesome. She is truly the reason we have chosen to do our business at this particular location. 5 star service for sure!
More recently this week, I called in to make an appointment to have my ring inspected once again for it's 6 month check-up and spoke to Erica. I had also inquired about the necessary steps needed to get my ring upgraded. Aside from just more money- obviously, I was curious about my current ring that was purchased from this store and its value toward the upgrade etc. She took the time to look up the numbers, explain everything needed and never acted pushy whatsoever. Her professional attitude was very much appreciated! She too is extremely helpful and very friendly.
The Gorgeous Jewelry and EXCELLENT Service From These Two Classy Representatives Is Exactly What One Would Expect From A Jewelry Store That Carries Such A Well Known Name Like Zales Jewelers. I am one very happy customer. :)
