You know you are in a part of the country where the cost of living is lower than in San Francisco when the bill for 3 people is less than $15.
The restaurant is almost brand new. There is a steady influx of locals and the staff is very friendly in that Southern sort of way. The food when presented looks just like the pictures on the menu. Imagine that, receiving exactly what is promised in advertising. Unbelievable. It is probably a good thing that we don't have this restaurant chain in the Bay Area because the fare definitely hits the spot after a night of imbibing.
If you visit this part of the country, make a Waffle House part of your tour. You are guaranteed to leave feeling satisfied.
