Look, hospitals are never happy places to begin with but if you or a loved one have to go for circumstances beyond your control, then it's best to go to a place where it's clean, not crowded, lower wait times at emergency and doctors and nurses who keep you in the loop. My experiences here have always been positive. Multiple members of my family have given birth here since this is one of the best birthing centres in Quebec. The rooms are spacious and very, very clean. When my dad was hospitalized for a month recently and was starting to miss the family pug, the head nurse allowed us to bring the dog in and visit my dad for a few minutes. All the nurses who were around started to cry. The nurses, physiotherapists were all very helpful here.
