This is one of the poorest excuses for customer service. While I waited for roadside assistance, I made an appointment to get a new battery and have it installed. When I arrived at my appointment time, they only had record of my appointment but not the battery. The service man was gruff and said I needed to speak to a manager. Joseph, don't even know if he is a manager, kept asking me if I went online and selected the battery. I said yes and made an appointment to have it installed. He said do you have your phone on you (like I was lying about selecting the battery and that I really just wanted to come and waste time during his day). I showed him the confirmation I received for the appointment. He said there is no battery on here. Then he told me like I was a toddler that I needed to select a battery. Okay- here's where my blood began to boil. You can clearly see I made an appointment for the battery replacement. Clearly I intended to buy the battery from you. Why the hell would I make an appointment in the middle of my day to have you install a battery and then not buy one from you?! I kept my composure and simply said, "I'm not going in circles with you. I went online, selected the battery, set it for install, made an appointment and here I am. Where is the disconnect?" Horrible customer service.. Lets just hope they actually know how to install a battery because their common sense is uber low!
