Basis for my starred ratings (which skews heavily to the food or drink):
1 star: Never again.
2 stars: Poor food, poor experience, extraordinary measures in order for me to come back.
3 stars: Average, nothing really special, nothing particularly bad.
4 stars: Very good, would definitely return.
5 stars: A favorite, one of the best.
Just adding another 5-star review for this place. If there's better gelato in the Valley, I haven't been there yet. This place compares very, very well to some of the best that I've had in Rome (i.e. Ciampini, Caruso, Grom, dei Gracchi, San Crispino.) And I'd say this place is better than the Grom locations in NYC and LA. Wish they could do better crowd control on busy nights but whatever, small price to pay.
