Look elsewhere....horrible management and customer service. I hired Admiral since my pool builder recommended them. However, it's been nothing but disappointment after disappointment. I was their loyal client for over 4 years and as a small business owner myself I was very understanding due to employee turnovers but they've let me down too many times. I used to get in touch with Chris the owner/director whenever I had a problem and he was quick to resolve the problem. However, now I don't get a call back, no emails and no answers to any of my calls. I simply wanted an estimate on repairs for another pool and after waiting patiently for a month the front desk person named Danielle informs me I have to wait another month.....just for an estimate. Ridiculous.....I am switching to someone else and I recommend you do the same. That is not how you treat loyal customers.
