I lived at indigo creek for three years. It was decent for while I lived there, had a few problems but nothing overly bad. (Dishwasher never worked, garbage disposal didn't work) but for the most part things worked fine. Until I moved out, was told I didn't owe anything. I then was told I owed approximately $150 for a standard cleaning fee, which was after they already required that I get a professional cleaner in order to move out. So I paid that. Then, here I am, three months after I moved out, and today I receive a collection notice for a mysterious $250. I have no idea what it is for, and resourced no notice about it before hand, no call, nothing. I was patient and understanding with everything, but to faithfully pay rent on time every month for three years, give a60 day notice and not even get a call before sending a bill for god knows what to collections? That's just bad business practice. Shame on you indigo creek and MEB.
