I have over 95 check ins at this theatre tonight Thursday July 6 I took my kids to see Spider-Man .. not only did they have beat up seats without cushion they messed up on the film and 3D and legit let it just go black and continue to not alert us . Not to mention the male (didn't catch his name ) and a female were both unapologetic and all he wanted to say was yeah I just told him to run out and nobody came in to speak to us I had to go to them.. I have issues with management trying to say to me they don't come in and introduce anymore when I was meaning why didn't anyone come in after the error .. I have kids and I also have little patience for management making excuses instead of being apologetic .. I went out and walked back in the film still wasn't to the part it shut off at ..I always go here because management usually has been polite and professsional and doesn't make excuses and just apologizes .. I didn't get their names cause I got tremors with how this all went down because just last Sunday I made my friend drive here ..praising this place well let's just say the female with dark hair and the red /blonde mail both mostly just watched me shake and he legit wasn't cool I usually wouldn't update but this was a bad experience and I hope the bosses read this cause the one employee during my last visit asked when he over heard me say I love it here that Yelp reviews don't show that well now I see why .. I usually am there when another manager is who is always helpful and resolves the issue with proper care and concern and he has offered free passes before but I won't take them cause I want is friendly people working at the theatre I spend 54$ on to see a 3D movie for four .. looks like amc for me
