This was a very professional and extremely well done inspection of the chimney of my home built in 1930. We used to use Hammond's for 15 years until he retired, then were ripped off by another service. I saw my neighbor using Grizzly's and they recommended them. I called, and had an appointment within two weeks. Brad was prompt, friendly, kind to my dog, cleaned the glass front of the fireplace to a sparkling shine, inspected every component of the chimney and then discussed the findings with me in a respectful manner. Not a drop of ash anywhere and he vacuumed the ashes out of the firebox for inspection. Everything was timely and efficient and I will be using Grizzly's again next year.
